Indulge in the savory delight of Turkey and Avocado Wrap. This recipe is specially designed along the principles of Ayurveda, to pacify pitta. It uses fresh ingredients that have cooling effects, making it an ideal breakfast recipe for people with pitta constitution or those looking out to balance their pitta dosha.
Preparation Time – 15 minutes
Cooking Time – 5 minutes

Ingredients –
* 2 whole wheat or gluten free breads (suits pitta dosha)
* 1Ripe Avocado (peeled & mashed)
* 4 slices of Turkey breast
* 1 cup of mixed greens ( lettuce, spinach, arugula)
* 1/2 Cucumber ( Thin slices)
* 1/4 cup of carrot ( grated)
* 2 tablespoon – fresh cilantro leaves
* 1tablespoon – olive oil
* A pinch of black pepper
* Fresh lemon juice (optional)
* A pinch of salt

Instructions –
* Prepare the avocado spread by mixing mashed avicadoes, lemon juice, salt & black pepper
* Lay out the wraps in plates and spread the avocado mixture evenly over each wrap.
* Place 2 slices of turkey breast over it.
* Top it with a generous amount of mixed greens, cucumber slices, grated carrots & fresh cilantro leaves.
* Carefully roll the wrap tightly.
* You can serve it as it is or you can even grill it lightly in a pan with ghee or sunflower oil.
