Ingredients –
* 1cup – rolled oats
* 1.5 cups – coconut milk
* 2 tablespoon – almond butter
* 2 tablespoon – shredded coconut
* 1 tablespoon – chia seeds
* 1 tablespoon – maple syrup or honey (optional)
* 1/4 teaspoon – ground cardamom
* A pinch of salt
* Sliced almonds
* Fresh fruits for topping (optional)
Instructions –
* In a bowl combine the oats, coconut milk, almond butter, shredded coconut, chia seeds, maple syrup, ground cardamom and a pinch of salt.
* Cover the bowl and leave the ingredients to soak for at least 8 hours or overnight.
* The next morning, give the mixture a good stir.
Adjust the consistency of the mixture using coconut milk.
* Finally serve the oats, topped with sliced almonds, shredded coconut and fresh fruits.
