Ayurvedic Diet and Lifestyle Plan

for Managing

“Fatty Liver Disease”.

Fatty liver disease, characterized by the accumulation of fat in liver cells, is becoming increasingly prevalent due to sedentary lifestyles and dietary habits. Ayurveda offers a holistic approach to managing this condition, focusing on diet, exercise, and overall well-being. Below is a detailed Ayurvedic plan designed to support liver health and improve metabolism.

  • Introduction

According to Ayurveda, the balance of the doshas (biological energies: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha) is essential for health.

Fatty liver is often seen as an imbalance in the Pitta dosha, aggravated by poor diet and lifestyle choices. This plan emphasizes detoxification, proper digestion, and metabolism enhancement, aligning with Ayurvedic principles for restoring and maintaining liver health.
