– Ingredients:- Fennel seeds (sounf), mint leaves, ginger, holy basil (tulsi), and cinnamon (dalchini) or GOOD DAY TEA.

- Exercise/Meditation (After Herbal Tea):-
– Engage in gentle exercises like yoga or a morning walk. Follow up with meditation to balance the mind and body.
