Coconut rose lassi

Coconut rose lassi is a refreshing natural drink to beat the heat during this summer. Coconut milk is cooling and a good source of electrolytes and healthy fats. It is therefore very beneficial in soothing pitta. Rose water is also a cooling ingredient that along with reducing heat, helps to calm the mind and imparts a beautiful aromatic flavour to the whole drink. It takes practically no time to make and leaves a soothing effect on all senses for a long time.

200 ml coconut milk
100 ml plain yogurt
1 tablespoon rose water
1 teaspoon honey
Dried rose petals (for garnish)

Instructions –
1. Combine coconut milk, yogurt, rose water, and honey in a blender.
2. Blend until all the ingredients mix well and gain a smooth texture.
3. Your coconut rose lassi is ready . Pour it into glasses and garnish with dried rose petals.
4. Serve chilled.
