Cucumber Mint Cooler
Cucumber and Mint have cooling effects that provide some respite from the heat during summers. Cucumber provides hydration which counteracts Vata’s dryness.

Ingredients –
* 1large – Cucumber
* 10-12 – mint leaves
* 1tablespoon – Honey
* 2cups – water/coconut water
* A pinch of Rock Salt

Instructions –
* Peel the cucumber blend it with mint leaves , honey and water/ coconut water until smooth.
* Strain the mixture using a fine sieve.
* Add a pinch of rock salt and stir well.
•Add ice cubes and serve chilled.

* Cucumbers are rich in vitamin K , vitamin C and magnesium.
* Mint contains potassium , magnesium and vitamin A.
