Spiced Coconut Milk
Spiced Coconut Milk is enriched with the goodness of coconut milk which has rich oily nature that nourishes and lubricates the body. Spices like cardamom and cinnamon provide warmth and stabilize Vata.
Ingredients –
* 2cups – coconut milk
* 1/2teaspoon – ground cardamom
* 1/4teaspoon – cinnamon
* 1tablespoon – maple syrup
Instructions –
* Place a small saucepan over low heat. Add coconut milk to it.
* Stir in cardamom , cinnamon and maple syrup.
* Heat until warm do not boil.
* Serve warm or Chilled as per taste.
